Our Refund Policy

At Breakpoint Builds, we strive to provide high-quality iRacing Xfinity setups that give you the competitive edge. We understand that purchasing digital products is a matter of trust, and we aim to provide the best service possible. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while recognizing the unique nature of digital products.

Important: Due to the digital nature of our iRacing setups, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we address these on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility

We may consider refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If the setup file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a replacement file or issue a full refund.
  • Compatibility Issues: If the setup is incompatible with the current iRacing build and we cannot provide an updated version within a reasonable time frame, we will issue a refund.
  • Major Setup Problems: If the setup has a significant, verifiable flaw that makes it unusable (extremely unstable, uncompetitive, or contains major issues that were not disclosed), we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Non-Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  • Driver Preference: Setups are designed for optimal performance but may not match your personal driving style or preferences. This is not grounds for a refund.
  • Skill Level Differences: If you're unable to achieve the same lap times or performance as advertised due to skill level differences, this is not eligible for a refund.
  • Track or Weather Conditions: Setups are optimized for specific track and weather conditions. Performance variations due to different conditions are not grounds for a refund.
  • Changed Requirements: If iRacing makes changes to the car or track after you've purchased a setup, rendering it less effective, this is beyond our control and not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  1. Join our Discord server and contact us through the dedicated support channel
  2. Provide your order details (date of purchase, setup purchased)
  3. Explain the issue you're experiencing in detail
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or evidence of the problem

We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be considered unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Once approved, refunds will typically be processed within 3-5 business days, though the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Setup Assistance

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to seek assistance with your setup through our Discord server. Our team is available to help with:

  • Setup adjustments for different driving styles
  • Troubleshooting issues you may be experiencing
  • Providing guidance on how to get the most out of your setup

Many issues can be resolved with proper guidance, so please don't hesitate to reach out for help before requesting a refund.

If you're not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, please let us know, and we'll review your case again. We value our relationship with our customers and strive to find fair solutions to any issues that arise.
